Well don't these months pass so quickly. It will soon be time for making Christmas cards again lol.
A bit sad posting this page as it will be my last for the Cards Galore Design Team. I am finding it to hard to concentrate on it, along with every thing that is going on with my life at the moment. But there you go, such is life.

This months Challenge can be any theme you wish the only stipulation is that it is a scrapbook page which has a photo, and incorporates the colour blue.

The Cupboard Trilogy

A little Red and Romance. is the theme for this month. There will be a prize but as yet I have no idea what it will be. Please join us in the challenge The link is on the side of my page.

This is a photograph of my Aunt and Uncle. It was taken in 1940. My Aunt lives next door to me and is a very sprightly 95 years young. We share a birthday, but I don't think I will be anywhere near as fit when I am her age. My Uncle, (my Mother's youngest brother) past away some 35 years ago. I love this photo. I think her dress and especially the train, is magnificent. I hope you like the LO I have digitally made using CAP.

A quiet Moment

It is time for the new challenge on Cards Galore Scrapbook challenge Blog. The theme his month is  Any theme you wish. Just as long as it is a scrapbook page, be it paper or digital.

My DT piece is of my lovely Daughter's very first school photo. She look so pensive, and serious. This is both mine and my Husbands, favourite photo of Sarah. I used CAP and the digi kit used, is called Sublime.

Vintage Vogue

The weather is absolutely fowl. We get it all on top of our hill. The snow is coming down quite heavy again. I hate it. I had booked to go to the hairdressers today, first time since well before Christmas. I got up at 8.00, looked out the window, and promptly canceled my appointment. Oh well maybe next week.
This is an anniversary card I made for my Daughter and her husband. The image and the background paper is from JS Dancing with Shadows cd. I hope you like it.

The Cupboard Trilogy Challenge

This months challenge is called "Lead By Example"
You need to choose one of the DT examples & make it your own, you can do a direct copy, simply use it as your inspiration! You can also change the theme to make it your own
When you upload your entry you must tell  or ideally show us which DT example you have used, so that we know when commenting on your blog.

My example is a digi LO once again using Cap. The digi kit is called "A Very Plaid Christmas" Not that you would ever guess lol. The photo was taken Christmas 2011. It is my 2 gorgeous Great Nephews Ryan & Connor, and their Aunt Maria. (don't ask)  I hope you like it and that you will join in with the challenge.x

Out with the Old and in with the New

Well what a mixed bag this year has been. We started it off in early March by losing a very dear member of the family. Then the wedding of my lovely Son and the gorgeous Nina. We then then had a birth, our lovely wee Great nephew Ryan. So we had a Hatched Matched and Dispatched year, but in the reverse order.
So I thought I would show you the last Card I made for this year, and the first card made for the next year. So we are off and running. Will try to keep ahead of trouble, and hope you all do the same. Happy New Year to all of my lovely Blogland friends. Here's hoping it is all you wish for and more. Thanks for keeping my spirits up when I have needed it. I'll raise my glass to you all  sláinte  xxxx
